We recently used DCM for a kitchen remodel and could not be more pleased with both the final product and the process of... working with Dan and his team. Dan is the most communicative GC I've worked with. He called with regular updates and always picked up the phone when I called. I found him to be honest and trustworthy. His team was also wonderful. Their attention to detail was amazing; they were always prompt, respectful, and ALWAYS cleaned extremely well before leaving each day. I highly recommend DCM!!!read more

We had our kitchen remodeled by Dan and his team. We live in Rydal, PA, the houses are old here, and our kitchen needed... a lot of work. Dan was enthusiastic about the project from the start and give us lots of ideas and insights about things that would work and might not work so well for our transformation. The project went smoothly and efficiently. Dans team are really outstanding workers who know their stuff. The demo was done in a couple of days and we had a functioning kitchen within 3 weeks. It turned out very beautiful and we are super happy with the job. There were a couple of minor touch ups that we noticed after a week or so. When i contacted Dan about them, he came right out to get them taken care of the same week, despite being super busy. I plan to use Dans team for my bathrooms next year. All in, great team and pleasure to work with. i highly recommend DMC!read more

DCM Remodeling LLC remodeld my bathroom and my wife and I couldn't be happier! The first thing that caught our... attention was Dan's enthusiasm about the project. His confidence while giving on sight visions and ideas about the project made us feel comfortable and secure. My wife and I said, "This guy knows his stuff". I can't say enough about his team. They came in and got right to business. They were professional, extremely pleasant and always on time. They were very clean and neat throughout the project. Dan altered his schedule several times to meet with us at stores to give us ideas that would bring our project to life. In short, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our bathroom remodel. We highly recommend DCM Remodeling. We'll be using them again for sure.read more

Dan did a very nice job renovating our kitchen. He was very responsive throughout the process, listened to what we... wanted, and was flexible with changes that we made during the remodel. I was really happy that his team noticed that a pantry closet we were trying to remove actually was load-bearing; he immediately showed us the issue and we were able to change our design to make sure things were structurally sound. He stuck to his timelines and addressed any concerns or issues that came up. Dan gave us suggestions along the way but also gave us the flexibility to use the materials and do the design we wanted. I could always reach him, and he even allowed us to change the schedule of things when certain light fixtures I ordered did not show up in time. He delivered what we asked for and I have received many complements on the finished kitchen.read more

Dan kept the project on track throughout our entire kitchen remodel. He was very interested in collaborating together... to design and creatively renovate the space from the first time we met him. He was positive and excited about every aspect of the project and he and his team were always nice to have in our home. The team was prompt and hard working and clean every single day. Dan is honest and straightforward and as soon as a situation would arise he was great at communicating and solving the issue with us. We will definitely look to hire DCM remodeling again for future projects!read more

Dan is a very talented contractor. He will not only hear you but will provide many helpful suggestions to make the job... better - and without adding price.Dan really gets into the project which allows him to display his artistry. From recommending the right fixtures and keeping style, taste and color top of mind.At the end of the day, I felt that if Dan were doing his bathroom, he would have remodeled it the same way he did mine - with the same care and deliberateness that he would do his own home.Special shout out to his team. Talented, effective, over 8 hour days. And did I say that they left my house cleaner than when they came? Ok, that is a slight exaggeration, but between the drop cloths and power vacuum, rarely did they leave any sign of dirt.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!read more

DCM remodeling just finished a two bathroom upgrade (demolition and rebuild) for us and we could not be happier. They are an extremely professional, organized and expert team. From our initial quote/review meeting to the last walk through they have been a pleasure to coordinate with.They have surpassed our expectations with the finished projects..
In addition to their expertise, the team was always on time, always respectful and extremely neat and clean on a daily basis.They continually asked us questions throughout the project and made minor and major changes as the project progressed.
As importantly, we discussed our project with multiple companies and DCM articulated the same key points and concerns as they other companies, however the DCM quote was more than significantly lower. They quoted a three week window to complete everything and they hit the mark with time to spare.
We would recommend them without any hesitation for any project that you may have. We would rate them a 15 out of 10.

Wonderful Job!

A major part of our bathroom remodeling project was a plumbing issue. Dan did not fully know what he was getting into until it was all gutted, but he took a look at the job and without hesitation, he was confident his team could handle it…and boy did they! The bathroom is beautiful and no more standing water in the shower! Dan and his crew were all very communicative throughout the project and together, we worked through any issues that arose. Without hesitation I would recommend Dan!
