After interviewing several Contractors, we decided to go with DCM because Dan listened to what WE wanted & needed for our remodel. At one point, although, my husband understood what Dan was explaining about the layout, Dan, saw that I did not understand, Dan paused and explained to my husband that he wanted to make sure that I understood what they were talking about, and Dan explained it to me in a way I understood.
Once we were all on the same page, my husband and I explained that we needed a pantry closet, and there was no place to put one, but Dan, is not only an Excellent Contractor, but he also has a gifted mind as a Designer as well, and created a plan to take part of the Foyer Closet and move foyer closet over and further into foyer, and came up with a new design to create a fantastic Pantry Closet (see pics)!
We were going to meet with a Designer, but after meeting with Dan, there was no need because Dan designed our Kitchen and Master Bathroom (which included knocking down a walls, total gut job for both)!
Dan was very attentive to our needs and handled every detail. Dan always communicated with us to ensure we were all on the same page. Dan would always explain the pro’s & con’s of our requests to ensure we made a the best decision to fit our needs & that the renovations were done right and would last for years to come. We feel safe with the amazing quality of all the construction work done!
Dan’s construction Team is AMAZING!!!!!!! Every single person was extremely professional, detailed oriented, and very respectful! As a female, I felt safe being at the house working on other areas of the house. So safe, that we even gave them the code for alarm system to the house & keys so they can come and go without us being there… We even went on vacation for two weeks (left the country) because we trusted Dan and his Team implicitly and knew that the house was in the best hands!!!! The team worked Monday through Friday and were all very diligent workers, these guys are extremely hardworking!
Dan,Thank you for being honest, and never lying to us, and for being kind, patient and listening to our designs, and paying attention to every detail, every request, and really planning the kitchen, Master Bathroom, Hallway Bathroom, Powder Room, Master Bedroom Closet, as a designer with your gifted mind, and for always being so attentive to detail, and for providing us with such talented, professional and kind people that we trust and felt safe with! DCM is the BEST and we definitely made the RIGHT DECISION SELECTING DCM REMODELING!!!! Thanks so much Dan!!!!

DCM remodeling just finished a two bathroom upgrade (demolition and rebuild) for us and we could not be happier. They are an extremely professional, organized and expert team. From our initial quote/review meeting to the last walk through they have been a pleasure to coordinate with.They have surpassed our expectations with the finished projects..
In addition to their expertise, the team was always on time, always respectful and extremely neat and clean on a daily basis.They continually asked us questions throughout the project and made minor and major changes as the project progressed.
As importantly, we discussed our project with multiple companies and DCM articulated the same key points and concerns as they other companies, however the DCM quote was more than significantly lower. They quoted a three week window to complete everything and they hit the mark with time to spare.
We would recommend them without any hesitation for any project that you may have. We would rate them a 15 out of 10.

A major part of our bathroom remodeling project was a plumbing issue. Dan did not fully know what he was getting into until it was all gutted, but he took a look at the job and without hesitation, he was confident his team could handle it…and boy did they! The bathroom is beautiful and no more standing water in the shower! Dan and his crew were all very communicative throughout the project and together, we worked through any issues that arose. Without hesitation I would recommend Dan!

My bathroom was amazingly worked and it looks astonishing! I will definitely contract him again!
